Our promise

We want you and your dog to love what you ordered. Here is how returns work.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Just as in a shop, you may unpack the item and try it on your dog to check the size, fit and feel. You only owe compensation if the item shows wear beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days. You cover the direct cost of sending the item back; if you prefer, you can buy a prepaid return label from us for 4,90 €. That cost applies only if you choose our label and is never deducted from your refund.

How it works

Declare your withdrawal online at ikki.pet/pages/widerruf or email hello@ikki.pet with your order number. We send return instructions, and on request a prepaid label, within 24 hours. We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used. We may wait until the item is back with us or you have shown that you sent it.

Getting the size right

We do not offer size exchanges. Please measure your dog before you order: our size guide takes a minute, and if you are between sizes, email us the three numbers and we will tell you which size fits. If a size still does not fit, you can withdraw and order the right size.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or turns out to be defective, contact us at hello@ikki.pet. Your statutory warranty rights apply for the full statutory period. There is no shorter notification deadline. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as the law provides.
