Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 27 EU member states. We plan to add Switzerland, Norway and the UK later.

Shipping times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 3 business days in Germany with standard shipping, 1 to 2 business days with express, and 3 to 7 business days in the rest of the EU. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Germany: 4,90 €, free from 120 €. Express within Germany: 9,99 €. Rest of the EU: 8,90 €, free from 120 €. The free-shipping threshold applies to standard delivery.

VAT and customs

All prices include statutory VAT. Your order ships from Germany, so for deliveries within the EU there are no customs duties to pay.
