What we need

Your name and your email address. An order number and a note of the items concerned help us match your withdrawal, but both are optional. You do not have to give a reason.

What happens next

We confirm every withdrawal by email, stating the date and time your declaration reached us. That email is a confirmation of receipt, not yet a refund. We then refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of your declaration reaching us. We may withhold the refund until the goods have reached us or you have shown that you sent them back. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods; if you prefer, you can buy a prepaid return label from us for 4,90 €, and that cost is never deducted from your refund.
