Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods (or, for an order of several goods delivered separately, the last of them).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Ikki Pet GmbH, Große Bergstraße 56, 30989 Gehrden, Germany, telephone +49 174 5790889, email hello@ikki.pet, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://ikki.pet/pages/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will send you without undue delay an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (for example by email), stating the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you wish, we can provide a prepaid return label for 4,90 €; this cost applies only if you choose to use our label and is charged for that label alone. It is never deducted from the reimbursement of the goods or of the original delivery costs.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Just as in a shop, you may unpack the item and try it on your dog to check the size, fit and feel.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or turns out to be defective, contact us at hello@ikki.pet. Your statutory warranty rights apply for the full statutory period. There is no shorter notification deadline. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as the law provides.
