What makes Ikki different?

Two things: fit and craft. Our patterns are developed in fitting sessions with real dogs, not scaled from a single template. And every piece is handcrafted in small workshops in Bogotá.

Where are your products made?

Designed in Germany, handcrafted in Colombia. Every piece is cut, sewn and finished in small workshops in Bogotá by skilled seamstresses.

Is the Helena waterproof?

The shell is a water-repellent technical polyester and the back zip is water-resistant, so drizzle and a proper shower roll off. We have not certified it to a water column rating, so we do not call it waterproof.

How do I find the right size?

Use the size guide. You need three measurements: back length, chest and neck. Back length matters most. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us the three numbers and we will reply with a size.

What if the size does not fit?

We do not offer size exchanges, so please measure before you order. If you are between sizes, email the three numbers to hello@ikki.pet and we will tell you which size to order. If it still does not fit, you can withdraw within 14 days and order the right size.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your order, no reason needed, and we refund the full price including the original standard delivery cost. You pay the return postage, or buy a prepaid return label from us for 4,90 €. Details on the returns page.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

To every EU country. Germany 4,90 €, rest of the EU 8,90 €, free from 120 €. Switzerland, Norway and the UK are planned next.

How long does shipping take?

1 to 2 business days to process, then 2 to 3 business days within Germany (1 to 2 with express) or 3 to 7 across the rest of the EU. You get a tracking link by email.

What are the Noah pieces made of?

Woven webbing and soft corduroy, with metal hardware. The collar and body strap are covered in gathered corduroy, the leash has a padded handle lined with corduroy, and the pouch is corduroy with a polyester lining. The collar closes with a metal quick-release buckle.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Not yet, but we are looking into it. If a piece is a gift, add a note in your cart and we will leave the invoice out of the box.

Are your products sustainable?

We do not make sustainability claims about our products. What we can tell you: we produce in small batches in Bogotá, organised by our own company, Ikki Pet S.A.S., and every product page lists what the piece is made of.

My dog does not usually like wearing clothes. Will this be different?

Many dogs resist clothing because it restricts movement. Our cuts follow canine anatomy: nothing tight under the front legs, no pinching at the shoulders, nothing that pulls when they stretch. We cannot promise they will love it straight away, but the fit makes it much easier.
